One of the homes at the entrance to our neighborhood had these apple blossoms pop out this weekend. They are not in full bloom yet, just starting to show. I took a short break right after putting the baked potatoes on the grill to snap a shot or two (or thirty as the case may be) of these. I was all grungy from a day of working around the house & standing out on a baseball field with my team. The grunginess didn't seem to affect my camera skills. This was a partial mistake, I was going for a silhouette, but decided against it when I saw the preview in the camera. It wasn't until I finally started looking at these in Lightroom (after finishing the BBQ & taking a shower to remove said grunginess) that I realized this was the keeper.
